All together now...

This article covers W E Van Amburgh’s trial testimony and also the background to the sheet music that has survived.

However, any readers of a musical bent, might just want to try and play the piece. Or – on checking it out - may not. If you do a close up on the title page you can see clearly the publisher to be J L Russell and Son, Pittsburgh Music House, 85 Fifth Avenue.
