From the
back page of the January 1905 Solon Society journal. Henry Weber from Oakland,
Maryland (recently deceased at this time) and Andrew Pierson from Cromwell, Connecticut,
were both directors of the Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society, and both served
as Vice President of the Society in their day. They both also ran horticultural
businesses.
The Solon
Society or Association was a short lived commercial venture that was mentioned
in ZWT. Its journal, edited by Clayton J Woodworth, only ran for four issues.
